The system handles the rest automatically: business-day calculation (excluding weekends and holidays), quota checks, and flagging overlapping requests so managers approve with full context.

Does Zenchronity work for international teams?

Yes. Each employee uses Zenchronity in their own language (20+ supported), with localized date and number formats. All dates are stored in UTC and shown in each person's time zone, and public holidays sync automatically per country, alongside your own custom company holidays.

What reports and analytics are included?

Three ready-made dashboards: an Executive view (utilization, year-over-year trends, burnout watchlist), Policy & Wellbeing (compliance, carry-over expiring, time since last break), and Team Capacity (coverage, overlaps, approval SLA), plus absence heatmaps and critical-period detection. What happens when the free campaign ends?

Yes. There's no minimum contract and no cancellation fee — stop your subscription whenever you want and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Your data stays exportable to Excel or PDF before you go.
